We welcome new clients and patients to our full-service veterinary practice in Bryan.

We are dedicated to helping your pet achieve the highest quality of life. Our team provides exceptional care while showing respect for you and your beloved companion.

Becoming a client is easy. You may choose to fill out our New Client Registration Form and click the submit button. When we receive your information, a member of our team will contact you to help schedule your first appointment.  For your first visit, we ask that you provide us with a copy of your pet’s medical history.  Your previous vet can email a copy directly to us so we can keep all of your pet’s medical history together.  This helps us better understand what your pet may need during your first visit.

When you call, you will have the option to schedule an in-person appointment or a day-admission appointment (a.k.a, a drop-off appointment.) Learn more below!

Medical History

Our team will request your pets previous medical records. If you have these on hand you can e-mail them to us, or we can get in touch with your previous veterinarian to collect the records. Prior to your visit, your pet's medical history will be reviewed so we can ensure they receive the best care possible.

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

Check Up

Our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.

Diagnosis & Treament

Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in-house, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

Questions

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Wrap Up

We will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. If you scheduled a day-admission appointment, our team will be in touch with you throughout the process and will schedule a time for you to pick up your pet. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up.
